kensal rise apartment

This 1930s inter-war period apartment was reconfigured and extended to provide more contemporary standards of living for its owner. Retaining the original floors and characterful doors, the design maximises the south face light. The use of warm glowing plywood stitches the different contemporary interventions together. The project introduces several concealed storage spaces throughout the property, maximising its space efficiency.
